Evidence before publication
Menu prices, portions, nutrition, availability, and program terms must map to a current source or a validated structured record. Missing, conflicting, and stale facts remain explicit states; they are not replaced with estimates.
Editorial authorship
The project uses the organizational byline Panera Bread Menu Editorial Team for foundation work. It will not publish fabricated people, credentials, cafe visits, taste tests, receipts, or reviewer identities.
Corrections and updates
Substantive corrections will preserve the source, reason, responsible reviewer, changed record, and verification date in an append-only change history. Displayed freshness dates will change only after real verification or material editorial work.
Advertising and AI assistance
Advertising must remain distinguishable from menu information and must never be promoted through requests to click ads. AI assistance may support planning or original production, but it cannot replace source checks, rights review, specialist review, or first-hand evidence.
